Structured systems and training methods are critical for achieving Peak Performance.

Unless you establish a structured training schedule you are not really training. Many cyclists still train using methods handed down from older/other club mates.  We have a great deal of scientific knowledge available to us today, why not use it! 

The cost to register with coach4bike.co.uk is FREE!  If you wnat to get started now on a structured training plan designed for you and you alone, then get in touch and I will send you a copy of My Rider Profile Questionnaire to complete.  I will then make a full assessement of the rider profile questionnaire.  This will; after discussion with you, enable me to design a specific structured training program for you.  Not a copy of one from a training manual but one designed to fit in with your goals for the coming season, based upon your fitness levels at the moment, designed to fit in with your lifestyle and work or school committments.

I will then contact you to discuss my findings, your goals etc and then the deciscion is yours.  If you go ahead with the monthly training plan which can be sent to you weekly or four-weekly which ever you decide, and which is designed specifically for you don't forget, the cost will be £40 per month, about the cost of a decent tub and less than half of  what some "coaches" are charging.  There is unlimited email contact with this service and I am normally able to respond within 24 hours.

Can I just say that the reason I do not charge crazy prices for Coaching is that I am not totally motivated by money.  I get a buzz from watching my riders get a PB or just from the fantastic feedback they give me after conqurering one of their "feared climbs", or just the fact that they are getting fitter or thinner.  Plus I offer a money back guarantee, how many do that.  I do it because I am confident in my ability to bring the best out in you.  So what have you got to lose?  If after 3 months of following the programme you have not improved I guarantee to give you your money back in full.

3 Month Training Plans

Available now for those riders who do not want to commit to a monthly programme! A 3 month programme which will include on the bike and off the bike training sessions for a 3 month period.  This will be either posted or sent to you via email. There is no feed-back and no email support.  What you will get however is a fully structured, progressive training plan which will be designed by myself for the type of riding you do!
